To any Waynflete US people – students and faculty alike – who are feeling like a pause would be helpful to keep clear headed and open hearted through the busyness of life stresses.  Come sit and practice a simple breathing meditation, Wednesday at break 10:05- 10:25 and Friday at lunch- 11:35- 11:55, in the children’s reading area at the back of the library.
